1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Cloud Iceberg ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Cloud Iceberg is an Azure cost optimization tool that scans your Azure subscriptions to identify orphaned, unused, or under-utilized resources and provides cost-saving recommendations. The Service accesses your Azure environment through Microsoft OAuth with your explicit consent.
3. User Accounts
You authenticate via your Microsoft Azure account. By signing in, you grant Cloud Iceberg read-only access to your Azure Resource Manager to perform cost analysis. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Azure credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Data & Privacy
We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. All data is stored and processed in Sweden (EU) in compliance with GDPR.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Service
- Use the Service to collect data about other users without consent
6. Service Plans
Cloud Iceberg offers free and paid plans. Paid plans are billed through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
7. Service Availability
We strive to keep Cloud Iceberg available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
Cloud Iceberg provides cost optimization recommendations based on automated analysis. These recommendations are informational and should be reviewed before implementation. We are not liable for any damages resulting from actions taken based on our recommendations, including but not limited to data loss, service disruption, or financial loss.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.
